We’re based just outside Guildford in Surrey and primarily cover the South-East of England, including Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and Greater London. However, our skilled and expert teams are able to travel further afield if required.

We thoroughly vet every member of staff we hire, to ensure they have the appropriate skills, qualifications and background to carry out their specialised role. Where necessary and appropriate, we also carry out background checks, such as a DBS check.

Yes. Regardless of the size and nature of the project, you’ll be able to call on a named contact who’s dedicated to looking after your project. This can give you peace of mind, as you’ll have a nominated person who can deal with any issues or queries that arise.

Where this is the case, we use a rigorous procurement and selection method to ensure any sub-contractors we engage will adhere to the same high standards that you can expect from ABC Group. They will also be closely supervised by a senior member of the ABC Group team at all times.

Yes. Our building maintenance packages are bespoke to each individual client’s requirements – this means that if you require an emergency call-out service as part of your package, this can be included.
