Yes. We have full public liability and employer’s liability insurance, meaning you can have extra peace of mind when you contract us onto your project.

We’re based just outside Guildford in Surrey and primarily cover the South-East of England, including Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and Greater London. However, our skilled and expert teams are able to travel further afield if required.

We thoroughly vet every member of staff we hire, to ensure they have the appropriate skills, qualifications and background to carry out their specialised role. Where necessary and appropriate, we also carry out background checks, such as a DBS check.

Yes. Regardless of the size and nature of the project, you’ll be able to call on a named contact who’s dedicated to looking after your project. This can give you peace of mind, as you’ll have a nominated person who can deal with any issues or queries that arise.

Wherever possible we use our own in-house staff, as we believe this gives you the peace of mind that your project is being carried out by highly trained, qualified and skilled experts. However, it sometimes becomes necessary to use the services of sub-contractors, for example on larger-scale construction and civil engineering projects.

Where this is the case, we use a rigorous procurement and selection method to ensure any sub-contractors we engage will adhere to the same high standards that you can expect from ABC Group. They will also be closely supervised by a senior member of the ABC Group team at all times.

Yes. We have extensive experience of working both as a main contractor and sub-contractor across a wide range of construction and civil engineering projects. Our teams work closely with clients, other contractors, architects and stakeholders to ensure your project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of finish.

Yes. We have a good understanding of the techniques that are required for certain ages of building, and also know how to liaise with local authority planning departments and heritage bodies while work is being carried out. You can be sure that the end result will be a sympathetically restored property that meets with all necessary listing criteria.

Yes. Our building maintenance packages are bespoke to each individual client’s requirements – this means that if you require an emergency call-out service as part of your package, this can be included.

Yes. We don’t require our maintenance clients to sign up to ongoing maintenance programmes, if this isn’t part of your requirements. Simply contact us today to discuss your maintenance requirements and to arrange a one-off visit by appropriately skilled and trained staff.

Health and safety is very important to us, for our staff, our customers and the general public who are around any project we carry out. All our staff are rigorously trained in the latest safe working practices, and we carry out all our work in such a way that will minimise the risk of injury or illness to any person, damage to any property or harm to the environment.

To find out more about any aspect of our services, or to discuss your project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
